Borrowing Period

Equipment may be borrowed for college-related activities for a period of up to 3 calendar days with the exception of laptops, which are available on an overnight loan (due at noon the following day).  The equipment may be renewed for an additional 3 calendar days if it is available with the exception of laptops, which may be renewed for an additional day. 

Holds/Booking

As all equipment is available on a first come, first served basis, advance bookings are strongly recommended.  Booked equipment will be held for ½ hour past the scheduled pick up time before being released to others.  To book or hold equipment, drop by or call the library at x2711.

Overdue Equipment

It is vital that all equipment is returned on time given its need by other patrons.  An overdue charge of $4 per day will be charged to borrowers who do not return equipment by the due date/time.   If you are unable to return the equipment on time, please contact library staff as soon as possible so that we can look into the reservations and either extend your loan or make alternate arrangements.

Technical support for AV equipment is provided through the Information Technology Services Helpdesk.  Questions related to the functionality, set up, troubleshooting, or operation of equipment should be directed to the Helpdesk through TeamDynamix
