Authenticate through proxy
PDFs can be downloaded off campus, but will only open on campus. Use the save to browser function to read a CSA document off-campus or offline.

Permalinks:
Generate document-level permalinks using the "Sharing" function on the main interface. There is no sharing button in the document viewer.

Known Issue: Document-level permalinks do not work unless the user has already authenticated through your remote authentication method to the CSA platform. Clicking on a permalink without already being authenticated will take a user to your log-in page, and then to the CSA landing page rather than the specific document.

Data Liberation Initiative (DLI)
The Data Liberation Initiative (DLI) makes available specific datasets and files, including public use microdata files (PUMFs), to subscribing Canadian post-secondary institutions (this includes Sault College). The annual subscription fee allows faculty, students, and staff at these institutions unlimited access to these files for research and academic purposes.

National Film Board
Please note: NFB has created an online screening room that offers rental service for non-NFB titles. NFB states this is their attempt to "showcase Canadian cinema produced outside of the NFB, while maintaining its mandate of being accessible to Canadians. As a result of this...users could come across films that...[users are asked] to pay to rent or download. These titles are not part of [our] collection, nor do they make up a large number of films."
NFB is currently working on separating these films from those films available to us. Over 1,200 NFB films & clips.
